ATLANTIC DUNES 501 a recently remodeled, 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo is the perfect place to spend your vacation in North Myrtle Beach!

EQUIPPED WITH a fully stocked kitchen with stainless appliances. Stylish and comfortable furnishings will make your stay a pleasant one. The condo also features its own full-size washer and dryer. Parking clearance is 7' 5".

SPACIOUS private balcony, which is great for relaxing while listening to the waves lap the shore. The living area, along with the king bedroom, offers flat-screen TVs in addition to Wi-Fi. Clean but needs updates

The neighborhood was nice and walking distance from several restaurants and Main Street. Well lit streets. Limited parking on site;however, there are public lots nearby for visitors. The unit was clean but was outdated. Rope chandeliers, old chairs in bedroom and amateur art on the walls, older bed linens, cracking paint on balcony, front wooden screen door was filthy. Balconies were dirty and front balcony had rusted chair and extreme chipped paint. The elavator was old but in good working condition.

Perfect location

The location of this property is perfect. The oceanfront view couldn’t be any better. The property was beautiful. The only thing I would recommend would be to have a darker curtain in the bedroom with the 2 beds and a curtain or blinds on the sliding door leading to the balcony. Would definitely stay here again.

So-so

We enjoyed our vacation because the beach was beautiful but the condo was just fair. On the surface it was fine but it needed a deep cleaning. Vents were filthy. Sheets were stained but when we called they did send new ones. Patio furniture is all rusted. Rugs were dirty. The pool was only cleaned twice during our week stay, but I guess that would be the property manager not Thomas rentals. Closets were full of misc things that it was hard to even use them.

Great condo but property managers didn’t help when we had problems with the door lock

Everything was wonderful except Thomas Realtors wasn’t responsive when we had problems with the door lock. We could hardly lock and unlock the door. It was an older keyless system and although we heard the click when we entered the code, we had to try over and over again to get the door open. We called Thomas Realty twice and both times they thought we weren’t entering the code correctly. One evening someone in our party was sick and went back alone and couldn’t get the door unlocked. She had to wait in her car over an hour before we got back and were finally able to unlock it after several tries.

Experience was fine

We had great time at this place. Great view of the beach. Clean condo. We had issue with check in process. Lock box is on one side and I kept on trying opening the main door at office. Condo main entrance door lock very confusing to enter and lock while leaving. There was mild smell of pets in furniture fabric although it says no pets allowed. Some one tried to open my car wheel bolts. He was able to remove 1 bold from each wheel. I believe Lexus has some security lock and he could not open the other bolts. Very unsafe parking.
