It’s budget friendly but still not the cheapest. It is pet friendly, upon arrival we met a huge dog that was dripping wet and would not stop barking at two small dogs being held by their owner whom were not barking at all but rather scared. No problem if the barking would stop but it continued for at least 15 min. I heard barking numerous times here. I got really itchy and broke out in hives in my bed and my sons did on the pull out couch bed. The room was not dusted, floor was leaving our feet black, and there was evidence of bed bugs in my condo. The boxspring protector seen better days, had stains on it. Looked to be bed bug fecal matter all around the box spring, would explain the itchiness and hives. Good things about it would be the location, big balcony, a few pools indoor and outdoor, Hot tub, the hammock area was cute, easy check in. If I hadn’t dealt with the bugs, then I would say worth it. If you visit Myrtle beach you know the cheaper hotels will come with problems, I tried to book a in the middle range (3.5 star) hotel to hopefully avoid some of those issues but still ran into some. I don’t think I would book in the future. Spend the extra money for at least a 4 or 5 star hotel.

Room was not clean, there qas some kind of something black specks on one of the beds. Suppose to be smokefree but found a cigarette inbetween the sliding glass door and it was nasty itself. We cleaned the room a bit and used lysol. The elevator smelled like a skunk. Was not abke to drive my truck into the parking area because it was too tight in the garage to turn. Lady at front desk told me to park out front since iI am disabled and cant walk but a short disrance. Next day found a note saying they were gonna tow if not moved. The bed was hard and cheap covers. Not what we are accustomed to at a resort. Wont be going back there and certainly isnt worth any of the deals they offer. And there was no privacy as all your neighbors can view one another because our room wasnt ocean front as we are use to having. I dont think this place has any as all we saw were icean VIEW not front. Pool was clean, worst was the outdated tvs and internet. Def need new and better beds and furnature with updated tvs and internet.

We drove all night.... 15 hours to get there to enjoy all of Valentine day and Sunday. We got there at 2am . The night clerk could not find us and refused to call anyone and just told us to sleep in our car for awhile. By all this time it was after 4 am. No vacancy any motel close by. She said it was privant property and could not even offer us a wash cloth much less a blanket. We had to sleep in our car which is a small car...no blanket no pillow, only thing we had to cover with was a dog rug and it was in the low 30 .by time we got checked in we were to worn out to do anything much less go out for Valentine dinner, we just stayed in the room and ate peanut butter sandwich. There was not a coffee pot in the room and they brought me one, it did not work and took three times to get a working one. No coffee offered anywhere. The balcony was horrible with poor view of the ocean. We were very disappointed after such a long drive.

There were roaches in my first room. After requesting a different room I had to go through multiple people before getting a new room. That room HAS had roaches. Not "palmetto bugs". German cockroaches. Absolutely disgusting.

Had a decent view of he Ocean. Building appears to need some TLC. Multiple Hurricane Balcony Windows/Doors have loose insulation hanging from several Units on 8th through 10th floors, had to clean bottom of feet before putting on shoes; Floor was swept but hasn't been mopped. Pool Bar had beach towel on awning entire week but the slipper beside it was blown off by the wind. Multiple units had visitors smoking something other than cigarettes (did not feel it would safe to drive from contact smoke). The Place had a different feel about it from a stay in February of 2022. Not a good change.
