The ocean escape you've been dreaming of, this condo offers more than enough space for you and your favorite people to settle down! As part of the Sands Ocean Club, maximize your time in the sun while utilizing the resort's shared pool, hot tub, lazy river, tennis court, and beach access.

Nearby, golfers can practice their swing at the Dunes Golf and Beach Club, live performances can be indulged in at The Carolina Opry Theater, and family-friendly thrill can be curated at Alligator Adventure and Captain Hook's Adventure Golf.

Inside the sunlit interior of your stay, discover a studio-style room with plush beds, a large TV, private balcony access, and central air-conditioning. The well-equipped kitchenette lends itself to be a great space to store leftovers and cook up quick dishes. Whereas the sizable bathroom makes your daily routine come naturally. A shared washer/dryer rounds out the condo's interior perks.

As the sun begins to set over the water, head for the private balcony where the views are never-ending.

**Please Note: As of March 15, 2025 the Sands Ocean Club Resort will require and collect at check-in a $30 per day resort fee per reservation . This per day fee is not part of the Reservation's rent or fees, but is a completely separate fee collected by the Resort and for the Resort. Vacasa does not cover this per day fee and cannot waive or credit it for you. Only the person named in the Reservation will be able to check in at the Front Desk. Check in is at 4:00pm and Early Check In is not available at this Resort. **

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Comme l'unité appartient à quelqu'un, malgré que nous avons payé des frais avec Expedias et d'autre frais avec le Resort. Nous avions eu seulement 5 débarbouillettes pour 3 personnes pour une semaine. Le Resort ne voulait pas nous en donner d'autre car c'était une unité privée.
