Nice place, good location, near everything you might need including restaurants.

Enjoyed my stay. Parking wasn’t always great but normally ok. Many restaurants nearby. Room was small but sufficient, balcony was great, loved watching beach and ocean all hours of day and night.

My partner and I stayed here for a couple nights. It was a nice location right off the beach and a mild walk to the main boardwalk. Very relaxing atmosphere but not much night life for young adults. Great price for the area

For a quick getaway and to save money, this is the place to stay. It was comfortable and in a good location unfortunately it lacks pillows and maid service. for a king size bed I was shocked at the two small pillows that were left for us to use. In fact I went and bought my own.

The perfect getaway

We had the most relaxing time with our dog at this condo!Location was perfect and so convenient. The beach was clean and beautiful. My wife had some issues and Susan who works there was so helpful and made our stay so much better. The hallway smelled like people had been smoking, but the issue was quickly addressed once we said something. I recommend this place, we will be coming back on our next vacation.

If you are looking for just a relaxation trip this place is an ideal place as there are not any other amenities besides a small outdoor pool. The condo was very outdated but the view was perfect for us to just sit and relax on the balcony. The elevator and most of the hallway smelled liked mold and weed which was a very unpleasant smell. Parking was across the street which was not bad and had plenty of space to park.

My only complaint was the pool was closed down the entire time and we had no way of washing the sand off because they had the gate locked to the pool where the sprayer was. Other than that it was fine. Very clean.

Myrtle Beach Babymoon

Location was great & nearby amenities & attractions. The hotel definitely needs some tlc but you can tell they are renovating & care about their guests & residents. If you’re looking for a cheap getaway to a nice beach & don’t want to pay for a 5 star resort & would rather save on dining & atracrions, this is the place for you.

Quick get away

Hubby and I had a room with a kitchenette and balcony to the beach.Make sure to lock your door with the keypad. Room was clean, hallways clean and quiet at night. Bring your iron. Overall it was fine for a short weekend getaway, but probably not great for long term. The whole building smelled like cigarette smoke the whole weekend and the doors only had two options: open or slammed shut, so we were woken by slamming doors all night. The location was great and parking was very convenient! Great view of the ocean from the balcony!

Great short getaway

This was the perfect short getaway away for us especially since we could bring our black lab. She absolutely loves her 1st trip to the ocean and we had the best time watching her play in the waves! The studio apartment had everything we needed for a short stay. It is a no frills place, so if you are wanting something fancy stay somewhere else. It had everything that mattered, most importantly it was clean and the staff was friendly. It could have used a towel rack and a hair dryer, but i sufficed. I would definitely come back here.

Awesome location. Beautiful views. Clean room. Brand new shower and kitchen sink but really flimsy cheep faucet and shower heads. Shower curtain not long enough and water wood puddle on the floor. Noted to manager and they accommodated us with extra floor towels. Not that big a deal but being realistic. At the price point, I would go back.

Great views & location - Room just OK

Location and the view was the winner for this spot. Beach was great, and the ocean-front balcony was exactly what we wanted. Check-in process was super easy with no human interaction. Minimal furniture inside but it was accurate to the listing so we were fine with that. Our issues were with cleanliness. The building smelled musty like an old cruise ship. Our room wasn't cleaned well when we arrived. You could feel sand on the floor. There was no kitchen trash can, only a small one in the bathroom and extra trash bags. There was no dish soap to clean the dishes.

Absolutely no hospitality

I have stayed at many home/condo rentals. One of the things I have appreciated the most is the personal amenities and character of each stay. This place had zero accommodations! The room was not cleaned until one hour after check in time. We were not told that the building was under total renovations and was not able to be used. We were told there would be dishes, pots and pans. There was 1 bowl, 2 glasses and 1 pan big enough for one person servings. We were instructed to wash and dry dishes with no dish rag or sponge. This forced us to use one of the wash rags that we were told would cost an additional fee if we needed extra linen. The pics display a bathtub with a full shower curtain, there was only a shower with a shower curtain that was too short which caused us to use an additional towel for the floor.The property location was a gem!
