This two-bedroom condo is a popular choice for families or couples with a great beach vacation in mind. Conveniently located just across the street from the surf & sand of Cherry Grove, you'll find a fun vacation at just the right price!

A FULLY UPDATED KITCHEN gives you the option of enjoying casual in-house meals or, if you prefer, you can dine at one of the many local eateries. This intimate three-story resort has a swimming pool, a poolside sundeck, and a charcoal grill for friendly cookouts. Free WIFI is provided, as well as free parking for up to 2 vehicles. Sorry, no motorcycles or trailered vehicles are allowed. Golf carts are permitted.

ENJOY A DAY AT THE PARK! Grab the flip flops and head to the Heritage Shores Nature Preserve on 56th Avenue North. This inlet island extends into the salt marsh and has walking paths, observation docks, picnic shelters, boardwalks, and more.

FLIP FLOP FLOAT at MARSH VILLA 1P is a luxury first-floor condo with 3 TVs, WIFI, ceiling fans, and 2 updated full bathrooms. The pool is open April 1st to October 1st. Resort and condo features include:

Very nice upgraded unit

Very pleased with quick check in process. Nice unit with upgraded kitchen and bathrooms. Plenty of linens. Just as pictured in description and photos. Beach access just across the street.

Great condo at Cherry Grove

We enjoyed our stay at Cherry Grove. It’s a wonderful beach with plenty to do nearby. We came earlier this year and it was a little more crowded but we easily found a spot on the beach. We love the Marsh Villas condos because of the proximity to the beach and the pools. This is one of the newer condos and it was super nice and clean with a washer and dryer! We will be back!

Wry welcoming

From arrival to leaving we felt very at home and comfortable. We had everything we needed and more available to us. Communication with the rental company was constant and the check in process could not have been easier. The building and units are easy to access and are just across the street from the beach. Been staying here the last few years and look forward to many more.

Excellent property

The kitchen was very well stocked with anything you could possibly need. Actually, every room was. There were night lights, step stools, cleaning items, broom, flyswapper, drying rack for beach towels and so much more. The owners truly thought of everything. My granddaughter loved that there was a step stool in every room, so she could reach the sinks & counters. We'd definitely return.

Great location! Stayed at Marsh villas before and always love this area.

Great location to beach. Close enough to restaurants and all other attractions but still private. Flip Flop Float was clean, modern and had everything we needed, Loved having the 2 bathrooms. Will definitely stay again.

Excellent property and unit, great location

This property and unit is great! Definitely recommended, but selfishly, I hope it is available when we return next year! Coming to the Cherry Grove area of NMB for over 25 years, and in recent years having to find different properties after our "traditional" place was no longer available, this unit is one of the best! Clean, fresh, and had just about anything you need to stay for a week. The kitchen had everything, which was great, considering the pandemic is still going on and we opted to prepare most meals in the unit. Working with Thomas Beach Vacations was an added bonus since we have had terrible experiences with Elliott Beach Rentals in the past.
