The Space:

Oceans One 505 At Big Fish Rental

Two Queen Beds and one murphy bed is ready for your entire family! The bathroom features a large spa garden tub with button controlled jets. Heated pools and private ocean balcony along with lazy river and hot tubs! Equipped with a full kitchen, 2 queen beds, an oversized jet tub, this space has it all. Full view of the ocean and pool areas!

This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room, please treat as you would your home.



The door is managed by a code lock and you will not have to check-in at the front desk. You will receive this code the day or your arrival(in the welcome email that is sent to you). So no waiting in those long lines to check-in.



Your stay includes linens for beds, towels, and washcloths, also STARTER trash bags, hand soap, and toilet paper.



Umbrellas and chairs may also be rented on the beach from the lifeguards.

Awesome stay!

We loved the condo! It was clean and nice inside. The view and location was perfect. I had 3 young teens (ages 12 13 14) and they enjoyed the pools, hot tubs and the beach! I was very impressed with everything and would book again! Communication was great throughout our stay as well!

This company is a scam

This place is a dump, smoking trash, and on top of that the company is a scam. They will make up crap to take your security deposit. They claimed there was stains on the bedding that we never even used. It was a total scam, maybe because during the stay we called and complained about the pool being filled with trash and even a diaper was in the pool all day floating around.

Nice stay

This condo was a fair price. Very basic, nothing special. There aren’t any “extras” that I’ve gotten when renting other places (no sand toys or beach chairs provided), but they provide the basics, which is all I needed. The condo was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. The view was great. The condo was within walking distance of a lot of places. I was not emailed check in information until after 4:00 pm. It was a simple check in process though. I did feel like I had to jump through a lot of hoops for the reservation to be finalized. There are a lot of rules, like “if you don’t do … you will be charged.” Also, the host/cleaning fee was pretty hefty compared to other rentals I’ve had. It wouldn’t stop me from staying again though.

Too many to Do's and Dont's or Fines

There are no enmities in the hotel, it's just a building full of condo's. swimming area nice, plenty of lounge chairs by pool. but lacked on the deck of our condo! Uncomfortable! 2 white plastic chairs. The view is what I guess we paid for. All I could think of is the amount of vacationing college kids and maybe why not much is provided in accommodations and comfort. Beds comfortable plenty of pillows. Condo well used The time of year we went was perfect, not busy and quiet.

Great birthday getaway

The condo was nice,clean and everything they described in the description. location is perfect. Its right on the beach and walking distance to the 2nd ave pier,family Kingdom, the boardwalk and so much more. We will be staying here again

Beware, this property only cares about for financial gain, there is a list in the condo for threats to charge for late check out, cleaning and garbage disposal, not washing the dishes, etc... Felt like staying a rude relative's house. do not stay, the will charge you a cleaning fee but expects the guest to clean up and be stress about being charge if you miss something. Not a relaxing place, business as usual.

So cute!

The building and beach the condo are located in are great!! Amazing location with basically all attractions in walking distance. Would have been nice to know there was no basics in the kitchen like aluminum foil, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher detergent ect, especially when you are required to leave all dishes clean and put away. Was also disappointed in the trash situation, was required to haul our own trash at the end of the stay and they wanted us to throw it in a public cab on the sidewalk? Other than those VERY minor things we loved it and will be booking next year.

Lots of things broken. Shower had low pressure. Microwave and floors dirty. This place needs a revamp. The beds were very uncomfortable. No place to put the trash. I did like the view. Parking across the street was a bummer. I did not get the code to get into my room until after check in. Don't think I will be returning.

Relaxing weekend!

Goal accomplished for a quick weekend trip to the beach. Quick walk to the beach and all needs met. Timely communication from property manager. Can’t wait to stay here a 3rd time.

We would suggest replacing the round table with a rectangular one for more room. The bathroom needs water-stained boards replaced to give it a cleaner look to it. Great view that made the stay enjoyable!

Great weekend getaway

The view and the condo were really great. The beds and linens were super comfy, and I slept great , which I don’t usually do in a new place. Location was close to everything at the beach, including the boardwalk- that does make for some rowdiness in the evenings from folks staying nearby, and in the hotel- which is fine - it was spring break for some. But just be aware if that’s not your thing. I was able to cook in the cute little kitchen, and we could walk to restaurants in the evening as well. It was perfect place for a getaway for a mother-daughter weekend. I loved the keyless entry and no-contact check-in. We were able to feel like we lived there.

Filthy condo with no refund

We booked this condo for spring break for our family of 2 adults and 3 children because we wanted a clean resort with a nice pool. We drove 18 hours to get there, arriving around midnight. The door code was never emailed to me as it said it would be, so I texted the host to get it around 10:00 pm. That should have been my first red flag! Upon arrival- the condo was disgusting! I couldn’t sleep without putting towels on the bed because it was all wet, as was the carpet next to the bed. The pillows were completely disgusting with brown and yellow stains all over them. The condo accommodates 6, but there were only towels, silverware and dishes for 4, so we had to go to WalMart to purchase more. The pool was not only closed, but the entire pool area was under construction, of which we were never informed. So not only could we not swim, but we couldn’t even sit out there to enjoy the weather because it was constant sounds of concrete saws and construction going on. I texted the host within an hour of arrival to let them know of these things and they told me there were no other properties available. Also, in order to get more towels or silverware, I would be charged. They did, however, bring us 4 new pillows the second night around 10:00 pm. We ended up leaving 2 days early and we couldn’t get any type of refund for any of it. And because I contacted the host (like it said to do in the email) and not VRBO, VRBO will not help me obtain any type of refund. Do not stay here!!

Retreat!

I traveled to this condo to reset and relax. It truly lived up to, and exceeded my expectations! The pictures are a perfect depiction of the room! The sunrises were unmatched, and EVERYTHING was in walking distance....including Walmart! One of my favorite memories was walking along the beach to go get a morning coffee from HI-FI. The communication with management was seamless, check in/check out was a breeze. I booked too late, but there was even an opportunity to book a photo shoot or have flowers, cake, and champagne waiting for you upon your arrival!! Next I will definitely be back in a couple of months.

Fall Tip

Very clean and comfortable room to stay in. Wife loved the jacuzzi tub. Dishwasher and washer/dryer both were wonderful. Perfect view of the ocean from the balcony and a nice quiet private bedroom.

Good location right on the beach

This place is in a good location with easy access to the beach! Could have been cleaner but overall we enjoyed our stay and it was great having a kitchen and washer/dryer in the unit. The couch had a huge tear in it and was so dirty we didn’t want to sit on it. I’ve stayed in several VRBO units in all different price ranges and just felt the attention to detail was not the case in this unit. But with that being said we loved our stay and being right on the beach with the view from the balcony was great!

Great Host! Lovely pool area & easy beach access

If you’re looking for so fun in the sun, this place will work. Kids can walk to a few things, quick Uber to broadway on boardwalk… Host of this property is quick to respond, checks in with you while there and very attentive. The pool area is large, spacious. Never felt overcrowded on hot summer day. The furniture poolside is plenty & comfortable. Chair & umbrella rental is a breeze on the beach. We were fortunate to have beautiful weather while there and spent most of our time outside. Views from deck of ocean - breathtaking! Loved sipping coffee watching sunrise each morning.

Never again. Worst Vacation spot we have ever stayed at.

No joke this place is disgusting. The resort is dirty af. Room was filthy and resort grounds even worse. Nobody cleaning anything at any point during our stay. We booked 6 nights and tolerated 4 before packing up and leaving. DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY IF YOU HAVE ANY MORALS AND ENJOY CLEANLINESS.

Location was good. Right on the beach. Had a perfect view, however the property could of been a lot cleaner. I always bring my own cleaning supplies wherever I go and I’m glad I did because the stove and microwave were filthy. I had to clean them myself in order to feel comfortable using them.
