  • WOW! This 4 Br oceanfront condo is located on the 27th floor of Margate. An interior designer was hired to totally transform the condo with new flooring, new furniture, new TVs, and paint. The spectacular ocean views can be seen from the living room, main bedroom, 2nd bedroom, dining and kitchen area. A work desk is located with amazing views of the beach for working or studying remotely. A private balcony has a rocking and still chairs for reading and relaxing. It features free parking, and free high speed WiFi (400 Mbps).

    The Margate Tower is an oceanfront 29 story high rise building located in Kingston Resort. The 24/7 gated entrance provides safety and security in this family friendly environment.

    Embassy Suite's pools and SPLASH PARK Not Included (Embassy does not sell pool passes)

    Weekly and monthly discounts available. $500 security deposit held.
