**Beach Gear** We do not provide beach chairs and umbrellas. These items are available for seasonal rental directly from the lifeguards on the beach.
**Rental Agreement** To finalize your booking, you must complete our Mandatory Rental Agreement within 1 hour of reserving. This includes a mandatory, non-refundable $35 damage protection fee, which covers accidental damages up to $1,000 and replaces a traditional security deposit. Failure to complete the agreement may result in cancellation.
**Recreational Vehicles** Per resort policy motorcycles, trailers, and RV`s are not allowed on the premises. We want to ensure you have a fantastic stay at our cozy 1-bedroom. Please take a moment to review our house rules to make your experience as enjoyable as possible:
1. Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in time is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. The rental agreement will be sent electronically and will need to be signed 24hrs before check-in.
2. Smoking and Vaping: Our property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the house or on the balcony/porch. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking, if available.
3. Pets: Sorry, but pets are not allowed on the premises. We love animals, but we want to ensure a clean and allergy-free environment for all guests.
4. Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors and maintain quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No loud music or disturbances during this time.
5. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed is 4. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
6. Parties and Events: No parties or events are allowed on the property. This includes gatherings exceeding the maximum occupancy without prior approval.
7. Amenities and Property Care: Please treat our home with care. Any damages, excessive mess, or missing items will be the responsibility of the guest. Kindly respect and use the amenities provided responsibly.
8. Cleaning and Maintenance: A cleaning fee is included in your reservation. We kindly ask that you leave the property in a tidy condition upon check-out.
9. Security and Safety: Lock all doors and windows securely when leaving the property. Fire safety: Locate and familiarize yourself with the fire escape routes and fire extinguisher locations.
10. Respect for the Property: Please respect our property and the belongings within. Do not move furniture or take items outside of the unit.
11. Parking: Follow parking guidelines and use designated parking areas only. Parking instructions will be sent the day of check-in.
