**The outdoor pool and grass lounge area at the Grand Atlantic Ocean Resort are currently closed for renovations. The estimated completion date for this closure is June 2025. While the outdoor pool is closed, the indoor pool, lazy river, and hot tubs are open and heated.

Welcome to this newly remodeled oceanfront condo in the heart of Myrtle Beach. This third-floor unit offers stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean from its private balcony. With three bedrooms and three baths, it comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests, featuring two king beds and two full beds. Fully equipped with a kitchen, dining area, LCD TVs, and private bathrooms in each bedroom, you'll have everything you need for a relaxing stay.

The Grand Atlantic Ocean Resort offers a range of amenities and water attractions to make your stay unforgettable. Kick back and relax in the newly renovated pool areas or get active in the expanded Fitness Center. Swim laps in the indoor or outdoor pools, float down the lazy river, or simply lounge on the oceanfront grassy lawn. Plus, all indoor water amenities are heated for your comfort.

The property was very clean and had great access to the beach, nice pools and convenient to restaurants and Grand Sports Complex. Parking is very tight and limited. Should provide more than 1 trashbag. Check in is a pain.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was perfect to vacation with our two adult children and their families. The three bedroom three bath condo gave everyone space they needed while still having time together. Everything appeared clean and well kept. The only issue was the cleanliness of the floor/ we had a crawling child and her knees, hands, and feet were always dirty from the time we arrived.

We had unfortunate issues during our stay. Originally told there was key pad to get in, but no- you have to go to a different location for key. Paperwork said keys ( plural) but literally 1 key. You need said key to access outside door to even get to your door ( double security, which is great) but with 6 people and 1 key- someone had to be around to let people back in. They did bring us a 2nd key the next day- but that was still a little rough. Also, this unit is literally right by the elevator. This resort was a party place- people loud, banging on our windows, loud music and walls very thin. We heard all kind of things. The best thing about this specific unit is the view and restaurant downstairs. The little gift shop is very reasonable too. Don’t go across the street to the mini market- they jacked up prices 3x. So, for the price- way the pros and cons. I wouldn’t book this unit again.
