Housekeeping only came twice we had to call. Property shown was not property given. Hot tubs cold.

Would not return for the price unless improvements were made to the property. The hot tubs were cold, the poolside bar was closed half the week, one set of elevators were down half the week, water was turned off one of the days for maintenance, housekeeping only came twice when supposed to be daily, the arcade ate more money then games played, evening security for pools/hot tubs rude. Would not let kids find their goggles upon closing. Kitchen not well equipped. No frying pans, knives, can opener. Supposed to have daily coffee provided in room and only had it upon check in. Otherwise location was great and enjoyed easy beach access.

Worst place we have stayed at Myrtle

We will NEVER stay here again! The room itself was okay but the service from hotel staff was pathetic. We went 2 days without toilet paper and clean towels. We ended up calling EIGHT times in 2 days to request these basic items. The morning of checkout, house keeping was knocking on our door, 3 hours before checkout, to ask when we were leaving so they could clean. We bought coins to play in the arcade then only 2 out of about 12 games worked. The pools were freezing!! We go to Myrtle every January, June and September and this is the first time we haven’t been able to swim at all because the pools were so cold. The elevators were constantly messing up. Staff was far from friendly or helpful.

Wouldn’t Recommend this Property

This property was less than desired. Due to Covid daily maid service was not provided (understandable) however room was not well cleaned when we got there, towels were taken and had to be requested several times each day, we supplied our own trash bags and cleaning supplies. Room needs updated and fresh cost of paint. Cash deposit was required at check in and had to be picked up at check out - very inconvenient! Pool is not clean and much smaller than listing let’s you believe. I also wouldn’t consider this a family friendly resort - Many parties were happening in common areas with little to no security. Parking is also a nightmare in the garage - it was easier to just park in overflow parking! If you must stay I would contact this resort directly - you can get an ocean front room for less $! Overall I would not recommend!
