Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Roaches and bugs all in the house, multiple bath tubs would not drain, a/c unit froze and could not keep house cool, beds uncomfortable and pillows that needed to be thrown away. Do not waste your money. Pictures of property were not what the actual property looked like, must have been taken years ago and were taken at misleading angles to make the spaces look much bigger than they actually were.

Had to keep shoes on at all times due to feet being black from dirt. Area was nice. Found out that bed protector sheet and comforter was not part of laundry pull--made me wonder if I slept on someone elses secretions. Mandy was great to talk to-staff great! House in not desirable

Extended Family Vacation

We loved what we referred to as the Waltons kitchen table. It was a great gathering site. Not only meals but game nights and we even had room to do a puzzle!! There wasn’t anything we couldn’t find in the kitchen. Very well stocked. Except they only gave you two kitchen towels!! 25+ people cooking and dishes, two is simply not enough. Bedroom layouts worked great for our group. The women did say and I agree. Zero counter space. You need some cubby holes or shelving! Also a bit short on the towel supply. Towels / wash clothes were in short supply. Yes, we had wash machines but I prefer more towel inventory! We did have some trouble with our grill. They really tried to get us a new one but thanks to the current environment with the supply chain that didn’t happen during our stay. Hopefully for the next group at 1022 address you have a new grill.

It was great checking in early, house seemed clean and in order. It seemed to need a little TLC. Trees were growing out of the gutters. The AC could of worked better also.

One person from our group fell into the hottub b/c no lights. Wedding rings were missing after maintenance showed up to fix a light in the back bedroom. We have learned from this experience.

Thanksgiving in Cherry Grove

We enjoyed our stay at the property. Property size was accommodating for all of our guests (27). There was enough space for everyone. We had couple things that came up but property management addressed them quickly. We recommend this property to anyone with large group.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This company specializes in large group rentals. However, due to the pandemic, we requested changes in dates. I had to secure an attorney to get the appropriate date and location. The company did not want to refund my money but offered me a fall date which did not accommodate my family's desired activities. Although very clean, the property wasn't taken care of very well. The doors were dirty on the outside and bugs were all around the garbage and we found some inside the house.

Family Vacation

The property manager was very helpful. I had a few problems but they were quickly resolved. It's a huge house, and each bedroom had it's own bathroom. Wonderful!! The pool and hot tub were great. We spent most of time there. There is 2 fridges which helped with drinks and food. Also 2 stoves helped with meals. The maintenance person was great too. He helped out with any questions we had. Thanks for a amazing vacation.

This property had plenty of space for 23 of us. Only complaint was the pool, think chlorine levels were to high.
