The Space:
The condo features a bright, open living space with comfortable seating, a Smart TV, and a convenient Murphy bed, along with direct access to your private oceanfront balcony. The bedroom offers two queen beds with fresh linens, while the full bathroom includes a clean tub/shower combo and essentials provided. A fully equipped kitchen with full-size appliances, cookware, and bar seating for four makes meals and relaxing at home easy, and the balcony is perfect for enjoying ocean views, morning coffee, or sunset breezes.

Guest Access:
You’ll have full private access to the entire condo, private balcony, and all Holiday Sands South resort amenities, including pools, lazy river, hot tubs, beach access, fitness center, and free covered parking.

• A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in for the registered guest

Motorcycle Bike Week Policy
• Motorcycles are only permitted during official Bike Week dates and are considered the one (1) allowed vehicle for the reservation. Motorcycle license plate information must be provided prior to or at check-in for parking registration. (Message to confirm dates!)
**No bicycles, trailers, mopeds, boats, RV's, motorcycles, busses, trikes, watercraft, oversized vehicles or commercial vehicles - all subject to fines/towing at guest expense

The Neighborhood:
Located on Myrtle Beach’s quieter south end, the resort offers a relaxed oceanfront setting while still being close to everything. You’re just minutes from fresh seafood and live music at Murrells Inlet MarshWalk, shopping and parks at Market Common, Broadway at the Beach, Ripley’s Aquarium, golf courses, dining, and local attractions. Ride-share services are readily available if you prefer not to drive.
Getting Around:
Two complimentary parking passes are included, and most restaurants, shopping, and attractions are just a short 5–15 minute drive. Ride-share services are widely available throughout the area.
Other Things to Note:
• This is a non-smoking, pet-free condo and resort. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.
• This privately owned condo is thoughtfully maintained for guests, and we appreciate respectful use during your stay.
• We’re available daily from 6AM–11PM to assist with anything you need. Planning a late arrival? Please let us know in advance so we can ensure smooth entry. Messages received overnight may have a delayed response.
• Monthly preventative pest control may occur during your stay
