「 Not only is the staff wonderful, but it is a short walk to the beach and they have provided anything and everything you could want for a day at the beach! Towels, carts, beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, and even bicycles for a ride around town. There is a trolley that will take you anywhere along the island route. Pool is secluded and beautiful, rooms are well equipped, there is nothing else you could want for. 」

「A nice small space for short stays. Wish they offered a dresser, had to live a week out of suitcases and there was plenty of room for them to offer a dresser in the closet. Too few places to hang towels to dry outside. Kitchen offering is limited but you can get by. Walking distance to town and beaches.」

「This is a great place to stay for a couple; the house is small but cozy. We really enjoyed our stay, and would consider staying here again. This is more like a 4.5 star rating. There were a few things that kept this from being a 5 star review: bathroom shower was incredibly small. Also the towel rack needed to be screwed in tighter, it was starting to come off the wall. Bathroom could also use a new paint job. The coffeemaker likely needs replacing..the inside of the reservoir looked pretty bad....

「We had a very relaxing stay. The property might be best described as Great Gran and Pap's vacation home. It could use a little bit of lovin' on the inside in regards to repairs and upkeep, however, it has the cozy and nostalgic feeling of vacations from simpler times. The kitchen is super tiny but stocked with better quality items in the cabinets than we normally see. The beach is very quiet and safe. 「This is the perfect cottage for a couple’s getaway! It was one of the cleanest places we’ve ever rented. It is so tastefully decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. It’s right across from the beach access and only a 4 minute walk to Siesta Key village. There were also bikes available at the cottage which we used every day. 「The units are very spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. The pool is underwhelming as is the hot tub. Access to the beach was as advertised but losing the lounge chairs and umbrellas by 5:00 p.m.,hours before sunset is not ideal, especially for those with mobility issues who want to remain for the sunset, a highlight of the day. My children looked forward to paddle boarding and kayaking (as advertised) and inquired several times during our multiple day stay but were told none were available....
