"Sehr empfehlenswert für eine Übernachtung in Mittweida: sauber, modern und mit großzügig geschnittenen Zimmern. Etwas vermisst haben wir das Frühstücksangebot und eine persönlich besetzte Rezeption – der Check-in läuft elektronisch, kleine Startschwierigkeiten wurden telefonisch aber prompt behoben. Eine Klimaanlage wäre an warmen Tagen wünschenswert, ist in Deutschland aber zum Glück selten wirklich kritisch. Unter dem Strich ein gutes Haus, das wir gerne wieder buchen würden."

"When we arrived the hotel was closed. it seeems to be in very deep works for a renovation. No bell ringing at the entrance door. We had to phone. A little bit complicated for foreign people. Happily , Neighbours have help us in our phone call. When we were inside all was satisfying. Just a bit of angst when you arrive, and that nothing seems to work as you aspected."

"Firstly the hotel is NOT the one shown in the image, it’s a completely different and far more shabby building. The receptionist was probably the rudest and least helpful I’ve ever experienced, it’s almost unbelievable why anyone would employ such a rude person in this role. The hotel is quite tired, but acceptable, the location is good for tram access into the city centre. Breakfast was very average, with again, very poor service from the staff. Overall I’d say avoid unless the location is...

"We were visiting from the US and visiting Colditz Castle. This stop was wonderful with clean, quiet, comfortable accommodations. The water park is a big hit with the locals and visitors alike. Some of the best food we had on our trip. I'd definitely choose to stay again."
