2 bedroom, 2 full bath condo with a spacious and open floor plan. Recently updated with luxury vinyl floors and fresh paint. Balcony project completed 2020. This condo has beautiful granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen has an eat up bar with seating. There is a large walkout balcony with seating and eating area. There is a king Temperpedic bed in the master bedroom and a queen with twin bunk set up in the second bedroom. The couch pulls out to a queen bed. Fully stocked kitchen including dinnerware, silverware, coffeepot, baking dishes and glassware. Off-street parking including. Beach chairs, beach towels (2), and cooler for use. Within and surrounding the immediate complex you will find a coffee shop (Biggby franchise), Temptations ice cream shop, Jimmy Johns, Culvers, Ryke's Bakery, and The Paisley Pig. Located within walking distance to the downtown district, and Historic boardwalk.

Beautiful family week in grand haven

This was one of my favorite rentals that I have ever rented during a family vacation. The communication was amazing, and it was sparkling, clean, plentiful of extra dishes, and towels, and anything else we needed for this day. Would definitely stay here again.

The location is convenient for restaurants, shops and beach. Very nice, clean and quiet property. Safe! It was a good location for our 1st time in Grand Haven to get to know the area. Check-in and out was a breeze!

Perfect for a weekend away

We didnt spend anytime here during the day, but a friendly, safe, close place to stay and a great coffee shop just steps away. Appreciated the beach chairs and small rolling cooler, as well as the trash chute just down the hall.

Really great property for the family! The Paisley Pig is right downstairs. So is coffee! Short drive to the beach. Nicely updated with plenty of space.

Great stay in Grand Haven.

This is a really nice place, close to downtown, with several eating options right below it as well. The only negative I have to say is the pull out couch is really only suitable for kids since it such a thin mattress. Other than that, this gets 5 stars, would definitely stay again!

A nice trip

Our family enjoyed our time in Grand Haven. Walking the pier, watching the musical fountain, and playing at the beach were our favorites. The condo was very spacious and conveniently located for a quick drive to downtown and even walkable to some restaurants. Although it was sufficient for our stay, it did feel as if the condo was in need of a good deep clean. I’m guessing the cleaning crew may do a quick turnaround between visits and just get major areas. Erica was quick to respond to any questions.

Nice place; good location

We stayed for four nights. It's a good space with nice light and big windows to open. The layout of great, too. The one change I would recommend is the master bed. It squeaked and made noises like a rubber mat, although it's foam, every time my husband and I moved, rolled, or got in and out of bed. We did not sleep well, unfortunately.
