"There is much to recommend this hotel. The common areas are lovely; the location beautiful; and the spa very relaxing (though nude, despite being co-ed). The concierge was attentive and helpful. We borrowed e-bikes and enjoyed exploring the surrounding Tegernsee lake area (though they had no helmets - we had to rent these nearby). "Our room was very clean and remodeled well. We were only staying one night so we booked the cheapest king bed room. This room #24 was an attic room which had no windows except for two skylight window on the ceiling. Didn’t have screens and it rained that evening, so we closed them. That made the room very hot and stuffy. Other rooms had balconies and I’m sure were very nice. Also, they didn’t have small towels for the shower. Breakfast was from 8-10. "An amazing place to stay, room was comfortable, staff were amazing and the pool and outdoor spaces were a real pleasure. I would throughly recommend this hotel."

"Clean room and courteous staff. Sauna facilities great to relax after a day out. However, I did not rate the hotel as excellent as when we came to pay the receptionist did not allow us to pay separately by charging our debit cards by 50% each but divided it as per invoices with 3 nights on one person and 2 nights on another person. Last time the receptionist gave us the option of paying 50% each."
