「Excellent location in the centre of old Ponce with loads of secure parking. Our room was clean and well-equipped including a fridge. The swimming pool is small, but clean and perfect for a cooling dip at the end of a hot day. Breakfast was exceptional, we also had lunch one day which was also excellent; we would have eaten there in the evening if we’re open beyond 6pm. 「We experienced the following issues with the room: 1. There was no hot water. 2. The television was not working. 3. The air conditioner would stop cooling and made unusual noises.」

「Just an FYI, the rooms are very cold which is great but you do need a blanket so there is a $50 deposit on your credit card if you want a blanket get the blanket!」

「Hilton Ponce continues to be a great location to relax and enjoy your day with family. The place is currently doing some renovations in the breakfast area of ‘La Terraza ‘ and in the west side thus the unexpected drilling noise early in the morning and through the day can be a bit annoying. Nevertheless their friendly staff do their best to assist you so you can enjoy your stay.」
