It was clean, there were no insects, and it was a very good hotel for the price.
The people at the hotel are also very kind, so I highly recommend it.
It was a little confusing because you can't get to the hotel lobby unless you take the elevator to the top floor.

Location of hotel was perfect for us as there are lots of restaurants and cafes with plenty shops within walking distance. Safe area and no one hassling you to buy things. 「I booked an apartment with a kitchen, but ended up with a room without one.
There was no explanation for the different room until I pointed it out.
The windows in the room had no glass, just iron bars and a wooden door.
They didn't close properly, so I could hear the noise outside (it's right in front of the bus terminal) all night.
And the heating in the room was broken, so it was cold and I couldn't sleep.
The staff asked me to wait a few minutes, but made me wait tens of minutes.

「The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good too. The staff was so helpful and the restaurants they recommended were great. You can hear the noice of cars from outside but it can get quiet at night.
There's no sign of the hotel outside the building and it is confusing. 」
「Excellent bang for your buck! The rooms were very clean. The breakfast was delicious. The café upstairs had a great selection of drinks and shisha. More importantly, the staff was extremely hospitable! Shot out to Mahmoud who regularly sat with my family and I in the lobby to have tea and give us great recommendations around Cairo. This hotel experience really made our Egypt trip great. 」
