Ended up not going or staying at the hotel because a family offered a room instead and we wasn’t refunded the money from the reservation. Email receipt said no charges would be made until arriving at property and reservation would be lost if not arriving upon a certain time. Not one time did it specify that charges would be made to my account even if we never occupied the room. Also did not specify that we would be charged anyway if it was canceled. "
