"I've always had a pretty good stay at this hotel. Unfortunately this trip was not one of those experiences. We were in the hotel from Thursday to Tuesday. We had a problem with the refrigerator, which we didn't notice immediately, but once found, called front desk, to no avail. Consequently, our room was not touched by cleaning staff for our entire trip. Had to ask for clean towels and rolls of toilet paper. Overall, not a pleasant stay this time around. Not sure if I'll try again or just book at another hotel in the future."

"Everything looked broken and decrepit. Elevator seemed like it was on its last legs, walls were patched up and not painted. Also the whole place reeked of MJ."

"My room was very clean. But the ice maker didn't work. But Mark was very helpful! The front desk was also very helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was also great! Different than other hotels offer. Something for everyone. If I get back to Atlantic City, I'd stay there again. The price was also great!"

"In 25 years plus of travel, I have never encountered a more rude and unprofessional hotel staffer than the gentleman that was working the front desk throughout our 2-night stay. It took him over 20 minutes to check us in upon arrival because he was busy texting. He also informed me at check-in that he had to charge me an additional $16 beyond the rate that I booked the room at and when I questioned the reason why, he couldn't provide me with an answer. When we got to our room, there were stains on our towels and bed covers. Our TV remote also didn't work and when we went down to ask him for a replacement, he said that he couldn't help us (so no TV for the entire stay). The next afternoon, I went down to request 2 new towels to which his response was "You need to tell me this before our housekeeper leaves for the day." He then said he wouldn't give me the towels until I brought down the ones in our room to him. When I reached out to hotels.com for support, I was told that all that they could do was give me $50 worth of hotels.com credit as they tried to contact the hotel (once) regarding my concerns and no one would answer the phone. The level of customer service that we received was as poor as I've ever experienced. I cannot discourage people from staying at the hotel enough."

"Clean room, and nice staff. Lots of noise outside at night, as we were trying to sleep. Parking was convenient, near our room. The outside could use some trash pick-up."

"I did not get a chance to stay. Was only there a few hours and honestly dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the property. The first room they gave us was unsecured and unlocked when we arrive so we got a different room and that room was not clean. Someone’s old sock lip balm and crumbs were all over the floor near the bed and under the chair. Then when the shower was turned on a baby roach scurried across the rod and behind a gap between the shower head and wall. Of course couldn’t stay there so we checked out and was only given 70 percent refund! I’m quite disappointed in the way the night manager handled the situation and while the general manager was nice he refused to give the full refund. Mind you not one amenity was used and we were only checked in for a few hours and actually in the room a total of 30 minutes. Te property itself was not unkept there was caked up dirt in the elevators and the floors were dirty as well."

"Check in online, quick and easy. Hotel staff was very nice. Room clean and spacious. We always stay here when visiting Atlantic City for shows"
