The receptionist was very kind and was able to understand my poor English. The room was clean and had a hair dryer and hair iron, which was very helpful. There was also a washing machine and detergent, so I was able to do my laundry. It was also nice that there was a bench in the room, not just a bed, so it was easy to relax. The location was also great, within walking distance of Old Town Square, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby, making my stay in Prague a memorable one. Thank you...
「Hotel staff lent me a charger for my smartphone when the one I brought from Japan didn't work. It was quite nice.
The bathroom was nice with a deep bathtub.
The room had a electric kettle and we could make hot tea whenever we wanted -- a big plus point.
And the hotel was conveniently located near the Republic Square.」

「It was so nice stay, but there were conditions of being unsatisfied. It's incovenience to carry baggages to the room cause there is no elevator . And lighting in the room were dim, then I wish we could get welcome drinks and table for baggage packing.

「Great spot in old town, easy walk everywhere; cooking/walking facilities fine with lots of little touches (oil, salt, tea/coffee, fine toiletries etc). Does have stairs but we in 70s and was fine! They kept in contact prior to arriving, and organised driver from station for us. Prague stunning and easy access to all best spots from here- deserves ‘chic’!」
