"Clean, updated rooms. Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. Good location to the main Christmas market with good options for restaurants within 15 minutes of walking. Only drawback, if you have a car, is the parking. They do not have parking at the hotel. Needed to park 10-15 minutes away in a garage. "

"Really enjoyed our stay here. This was the first time we have visited Prague. It was nice to have everything close by. I really enjoyed using the fitness center and it was nice to have the market in the front of the hotel for basic needs and there’s also a grocery store called Albert‘s close by. The only problem I had was with the water temperature I would be taking a shower and for some reason, it would go to cold every few seconds overall, the room was great and enjoyed our stay. "
