"My room was large and airy, with a high ceiling, and the walls were painted white, fostering a wonderful spacious feeling. The full breakfast included both warm and cold options and a marvelous variety. Staff both for the breakfast and for the hotel in general were extraordinarily helpful, friendly, and supportive. Sehr kleines enges Bad sitz man auf der Toilette kommt man mit dem Knie gegen das Waschbecken
Der Flur \Treppehaus ist renovierungsbedürftig direkt wenn man ins Treppenhaus kommt guckt man auf eine beschädigte Tapete .Dieser Eindruck spiegelt sich zum Glück nicht in den Zimmer wieder dort ist alles top.

Il parcheggio sotterraneo era vicino ad un tubo delle fogne rotto, che perdeva liquami maleodoranti. Impossibile avvicinarsi. Quando sono salito in camera, ho trovato la tavoletta del water e la porta finestra che dava sul balcone, rotte. Ho informato subito la reception. Hanno sistemato la tavoletta, ma avrebbero potuto darmi un'altra camera, visto che l'albergo non era pieno. Un po' deludente,...
"The hotel is a credit to the owner in every respect. My wife and I were on holiday to sample various areas of Germany. All staff were most welcoming and helpful. We only had one evening meal there but it was outstanding, and we have eaten in many fine restaurants around the world. It was the first stop on our holiday and it could not have been better. "We stayed as a couple - it was perfect for us, but you can tell it was the ideal conference hotel for business people.
Pool area was great, lots of chairs, and a small gym too (we didn’t use the sauna).
Beds were really comfy, great pillows.
Staff all super friendly and helpful. We were able to store our luggage at reception too.
Hotel has a tram stop right outside, and a metro stop a very short walk away.
We didn’t have food or drinks here, but lots of options (and a small fancy bar opens up in the evening as well).

"The property is 8mins walk from Ostbahnhof train station. 30mins walk to the city along the Main river trail. Place is fully equipped with meeting rooms, gym, sauna. Room was decent size.
I was assigned a room at the 2nd floor near the gym. Perfect for me.
Not sure if my room was previously used as the floor felt dusty. When I checked in at 11am, I was informed that my room was not ready. Kept my luggage in storage and collected later after 4pm check-in time.
Despite my room fronting the train tracks, the noise level was very quiet. I was amazed that I cannot even hear the train. Initially I thought the train track was out of commission, but then I saw trains using it on my morning walks by the river.
Wi-Fi was great.
