Rooms are small, no fridge, no closet. Rooms are clean. I wanted to change the room to a double bed instead of 2 twin beds, and the wanted to charge me for the room again!

Came due to a death in the family. Last minute change of plans to stay with friends, so I updated my reservation from 3 nights to 2 nights. When I checked in I was told that my reservation was canceled because I did not show up on the first night. I was charged all three nights with no room. Now, they had rooms to give us but we were told we had to pay again for the 2 nights!. UNBELIEVABLE! Mind you being out of country I had no Wi-Fi for them to contact me. I was upset enough and now I feel robbed. If you have rooms that I already paid for then give me a room!!! I was not in a position to make a stink, but this was so wrong!!

Wir waren zu viert hier (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder und wir können das Hotel weiterempfehlen. Das Zimmer hat auf uns einen ordentlichen Eindruck gemacht. Gefrühstückt haben wir nicht hier, können also dazu nichts sagen.

Zimmer war sauber alles in Ordnung. Check in problemlos, parken ist im öffentlichen Parkhaus 20m weiter halb so teuer wie die Hotelgarage

Virkelig et flot hotel. Meget flot stand. Alt virkede som det skulle. Vi havde et familieværelse, ungerne var vilde med køjesengen. Gode senge. Virkelig et godt hotel taget prisen i betragtning.

Das Hotel wirkt leider schon nach kurzer Zeit etwas heruntergekommen. Die Wände sind stellenweise verschmutzt, und der Teppich ist stark abgenutzt. Die Lage ist für Gießen sehr gut, aber das Frühstück war wenig ansprechend. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war insgesamt jedoch in Ordnung.

!!total reinfall!! trotz vorherigem telefonat war das hotel nicht in der lage 2 buchungen zusammen zu legen. sie räumten in abwesenheit das zimmer aus so dass die gäste in der 2. nacht zunächst nicht auf ihr zimmer kamen ( code ging nich) und zu allem überfluss nicht mal auf ihre sachen zugriff hatten. der absolute horror!

Ich bin wiederkehrender Gast und war sonst immer sehr zufrieden mit der Sauberkeit der Zimmer. Diesmal jedoch viel mir auf, dass das Zimmer nicht sauber wie sonst war. Selbst die Oberflächen der Ablagen hatten noch die Ränder der vorherigen Gäste zu sehen, Toilette nicht hygienisch sauber und die Glastür der Dusche nicht sauber, und im benutzten Zustand hinterlassen. Das Frühstück ist im Preis angestiegen, bietet aber nicht mehr als zuvor. Die Atmosphäre im Frühstücksraum war noch nie eine angenehme und ist verbesserungswürdig. Bin mir nicht sicher, ob die Zuweisung von 30 Minuten Zeit Slots zum Frühstücken nach Corona auch weiterhin notwendig ist.
