「Nice view of Donjon de Rouen」

「We asked for the view but received a room at the bottom floor which has nothing like what was on the picture. The sheets and towels were not changed, garbage not thrown out and toilet filthy.

「Nice staff and very helpful」

「This is a wonderful hotel. The receptionist was very friendly and explained everything to me, which was a relief. The staircase was spacious and lovely. The room was also decorated in white, which gave it a clean and comfortable feel. When I opened the door, I could see the cathedral right in front of me. I am very satisfied with the wonderful experience of being able to see such a wonderful view every morning. Thank you very much.」
