Excellent service from the moment we arrived - at reception, in the restaurant and spa, and during the wine tasting. We really couldn’t find fault with anything. The upgrade was much appreciated, and both cabins were clean, comfortable, and well presented. Overall, the situation was handled promptly and professionally, making for a pleasant stay.」
