"We were welcomed at check-in with a friendly smile and led through what was a quick and easy experience. The room was very spacious, spotlessly clean, and exactly as described. Shower was great and bed very comfy. The accommodation is centrally located with easy access to shops and restaurants. Overall, we had a great experience, recommend this property, and will stay here when passing through again in the future. "

"It was nice to be upgraded to a villa but the daily servicing was poor and inconsistent. The reception staff were pleasant in taking the requests. We were there for five nights and I had to ask for new towels and tea/coffee refills. "
