"What a pain in the butt to get room instructions. Number on door said to call and text and we did with no answers. Onsite staff finally answered and did not speak english to help. Two others were having the same issue. Eventually someone answered the phone after 30 minutes. I would not stay here again."

"Good location in Moab. Stayed in 2 Queen Room on 3rd floor. Hallway carpets stained in spots and frayed in some seams. Elevator floors have cracked and broken vinyl flooring. Room was clean and comfortable. Hot breakfast items were nice. Good stay"

"We stayed in a King room with a kitchen. Exactly what we needed! We had dishes and a few pots and pans, toaster, stove, and refrigerator. The breakfasts were wonderful. I'd recommend going down later than the opening at 6:30 am -- which was quite busy, but everything was well stocked. I loved that they had coffee available all day. And I really liked my in-room coffee maker.
Everything was kept clean and tidy. Very impressed with the excellent service.
My only tiny complaints are lack of early-morning hot water (we started taking showers at night) and the A/C was quite cold in the room. We shut off the A/C (we thought) but it kept going. We never took the time to ask if we were doing something wrong at the front desk, so that's on us.
I would highly recommend MainStay Suites!"

"The Moab Valley Inn was adequate. It is an older motel that is just showing it's wear and tear. The breakfast was good. The towels and showers were good. I would have liked the opportunity to go to either the lobby area or breakfast area for an evening coffee or tea. That would have been nice."
