"Could have been cleaner. There was brown stuff on the shower curtain. Floor was dirty and made my feet black. Our microwave didn’t work, so we had to walk to the lobby and use that. The pool was nice and warm. The staff wasn’t very friendly. Breakfast was decent. If they put as much effort into cleaning as they did Halloween decorations, they would have been great. Overall decent, but could have been better."

"We had a beautiful 1 bedroom suite. The rooms were very large and the bathroom was beautiful!! The concierge, Janae, was very helpful with finding and booking a great raft trip for us."
