「Cons: The house smelled like cigarette smoke, floor was dirty and had to sweep it up. A/C noisy, kitchen sink drained outside, floors are squishy and buckling ,almost tripped and no toaster as listed. The outside was over grown with trash and no place to sit.
Pros: Plenty of space, has washer and dryer, close to town and quiet neighborhood.」

「This is a super place for a Rick hound looking for a clean, safe and reasonable place to stay close to Crater of Diamonds State Park. Very nice property with rustic decor and comfortable chairs & beds. The shower is super - good enough to be the sole reason to stay here. The host is very accommodating and easy to work with; gave us some great insider information for our brief stay. You might find cheaper in the area, but nothing better. This WILL be our go-to place for future trips to the...
