"We booked a room for three, and the room was very very small. Three beds and then there was almost no room for anything else. Probably it was only a double bedroom. The room was on the third floor and there was no elevator. Unfortunately there was also no air-conditioning and the air was really bad. Because it was hot we had to open the window. But as there were huge trees in front if the window we had a lot of mosquitoes that night. All in all what we paid for that night was far too much and...

"As much as we liked the view from our room, the location of the hotel, and the included breakfasts we will likely seek another hotel should we return to the area in the future. The room was small for three adults. We had a lot of access issues with our room cards (at times they worked other times not during midday). The water park was way too crowded. We were told we would have to pay extra for the hotel’s pool access which seems ridiculous and is not made clear in the hotel’s advertisement....
