We loved it here! It was definitely an older property and the room was small, but it had what we needed. It was clean, and the amenities were great! We loved the pools and saunas. The walk to the beach was lovely. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. We would return.

The property is within walking distance of the Old Town and Parnu Beach—great spa and spa services. A small convenience store is inside the hotel, and many adjacent restaurants. A friendly family-style hotel.

Building is fairly old and gets hot. Room was clean, beds were comfortable but it's very basic with little room to lay things down. The location is great so if you plan on spending time outside the hotel it's perfectly fine. I didn't visit the spa area so can't comment on that.

Only 2 receptionists spoke English. The breakfast was not brilliant. Room was clean and tidy but extremely basic. The Spa was excellent. If I was from Finland or Estonia and 20 years older I might of been happier.

Very nice spa and pools. Parking was basically anywhere in the neighborhood you could fit your car. The beds were basic, not the most comfortable. The breakfast was decent but they would not let me return to my room with coffee to enjoy on my balcony. Location is great for walking around town or the beach.

Meidän huone oli kuin jostain asuntolasta, ilmeetön ja epäkäytännöllinen. Kylpyhuoneessa kaato pielessä, vesi jäi lavuaarin alle. Hotellin aamiainen oli myöskin pettymys, koska kaikki lämpimät ruoat oli haaleita. Hinta tässä hotellissa ei vastaa tasoa, aivan liian kallis siihen nähden millainen hotelli on. Sijainti on hyvä, mutta siihen se jääkin.

Upea kylpylä. Huoneiden siisteydessä parannettava. Meillä ei edes käynyt siivooja kertaakaan ja kun kysyimme tästä oli asiakaspalvelu hämmentynyt ja lykkäsi vain lisää puhtaita pyyhkeitä mutta kukaan ei tullut siistimään huonetta.

Hotelli oli kokonaisuudessa erittäin miellyttävä, parempi kuin odotimme. Kylpylä oli monipuolinen ja antoisa sekä meille aikuisille, että 10 vuotiaille tytöille. Huone oli helposti riittävän kokoinen, toki jonkinlainen pieni ruokailuryhmä olisi voinut olla hyvä. Huoneessa oli saippua, muttei erikseen hiustenhoito-tuotteita, eli ne kannattaa ottaa mukaan.
