"Spa staff rushes people not able to explain well. Dining staff is good but slow and not trained well. "

"Very nice, modern hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were excellent, courteous, and made the stay feel welcoming. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. The only area for improvement was noise, as there was a low humming sound from the bathroom ceiling and corridor noise could carry into the room at times. With a bit more attention to soundproofing, the guest experience would be even better."

The property is in a state of total disrepair and appears to have had no maintenance or renovations since its opening. The rooms were in pathetic condition with an unbearable odor, and the amenities were completely unusable. Furthermore, the photos provided online are a gross misrepresentation of the current state of the property.""

I am so pleased with the whole experience here. They offer activities on the spot & a menu for massages. The food is incredibly tasty. if you're looking for a place to stay this is the destination for you!"
