気になった点 : スタッフとサービス、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
We stayed three days and there was no housekeeping service at any time. our room was never serviced, no supplies, no towels, nothing. When I asked about the lack of housekeeping, I was told there were only two housekeepers on duty that day. There were only 10 cars in the parking lot so I find it difficult to believe no one had time to drop off fresh towels and toilet tissue. There were other maintenance issues with the room like the refrigerator wouldn't close because of ice build up in the freezer and the tub faucet was so loose, we were afraid to turn the shower knob for fear it would fall off. When we brought the refrigerator issue to the attention of the one attendant we could find, we were told to just leave the door open and let it melt off. Needless to stay we will not be staying at this property again, nor at any Wyndham property if this is their standard of operation.
