The room was very good, housekeeping staff was prompt and clean. Front desk staff was cold. No Good mornings, no pleasant faces. Did what was asked if help needed with stone blank face. need pleasant faces. When we were checking out, they never even asked us how our stay was or offered helpers with our bags. WIFI, internet services are poor. Very good spread for breakfast. Restaurant staff was courteous. Restaurant need to be treated for Roaches. While eating we saw roaches walking on the floor and on the last day there was a large roach on the bowl of onions. Room service food was very good. hot food with a generous portion and discount on every meal. that was good. unlike other hotels, we did not have workers coming running behind us everyday for tips. love the flowers on the lamp.

While the facilities were good. The check in staff was rude. He first said " i dont have a reservation". Punk! he should check before making a statement. Also the food i ate; pahadi chicken tikka, gave me a stomach flu; that made me vomit for 3 days. Will not visit this hotel again. I also asked for a quiet room, the staff answered self confidently, " all rooms are quiet" , the one with windows facing the main street are noisy

OK hotel if you do not have choice 2 stay elswhere

This was a 2 days stay for business is near to airport. This hotel is adjacent to an 3 road traffic junction so you will constantly hear honking, loud noises etc...throughout the night and early morning. Not for someone who wants peaceful sleep after dreaded day of work. If no other choice of hotel is left, take room which is on the rear end of the building. Food was okay, had a fish buffet as this was their Sunday special. Service boys did a good job.

Good for airport and airport transfer

Comfortable, modern rooms - those facing the back are quieter and overlook a park. Otherwise faces a very busy road. Good breakfast and helpful staff who found taxis and arranged airport transfers for no cost - a real help.
