Everything was great - they checked us in quickly and no one rushed us to leave on the check out day. Room service was available till midnight and the area was good enough to come back at night. There was ac and geyser and rooms were cleaned every day. Only issue was that the room was a little stuffy if the ac was not running, and the wallpaper was peeling.

Room is very small and bathroom is dirty and remains wet. Breakfast put in dirty stuff. Breakfast area is also not clean.

Hotel management and staff are friendly and work hard. However, this is not a hotel for at least the American tourist expecting, say, what would be a standard room at a Hilton, Holiday Inn or Marriott property. Hotel rooms have a run-down, dingy atmosphere; though to be fair, the hotel is under renovation. Location is excellent, if your work is in/around the South Mumbai area. A train station is a few minutes away, and buses/taxis/Uber are easily available. Hotel has a three-star rating at Expedia. I would rate it no more than two-stars.

First of all this is a very basic hotel. Small rooms without ventilation, there dampness in walls due to which there is some different kind of smell. They provide water in room only at the day of checkin only. Breakfast options is very limited and they are old plastic plates in which marks are there.

Handy ...in midst Mumbai.

Hotel is centrally located and walking distance to popular Marine Drive. Few minutes to Chandi Railway station , eateries . taxis Banks , shops etc. Hotel proper is on 2 levels and serviced by a lift/stairs.Wash room is compact. Breakfast is a mix of continental /curry.For Muslim clients there is a Masjid on premises.Hotel is value for money.
