I stayed a night here but had a late check out, so let's start with the positives 1) the hotel staff - very friendly and co - operative 2) the breakfast -- not a big spread but decent number of items , the tea is amazing, the best I had in 10 years 3) even though the room is small they made up for it with the washroom, I was surprised to get strong running warm water, they paid attention to small details like leaving a toothbrush and toothpaste for guests plus bottles of drinking water. The negativez The location, even though the location itself is central, this place is situated inside a plaza which makes it difficult and tricky for can drivers or auto rickshaws 2) they lack a restaurant All in all great place to stay for a few days if visiting

The property is located in a very decent locality near to Saki Naka Junction and Metro. Rooms are bit small but quiet clean and sufficient for a couple or 2 persons. they providing 24/7 hot water, room service etc. a

I liked how it was set back from the busy road with a gatehouse for the enterprise park. It was value for the money, breakfast on the roof terrace was nice. Small things like lock not catching and wash hand basin pipes needing to flow more freely would have raised the score. Also didn’t accept UK credit card so had to use atm to pay.

We booked a twin and were given a double. Our train was late, we arrived at 3 am. It took a while to separate the beds and get new bedding. Under the beds was really filthy. We won’t stay there again…

Terrible experience in Hotel Leafio, Saki Naka

Terrible! This hotel is not at all close to the photos it has on website. We had multiple issues: aize of the rooms are too tiny, the AC in our room was broken and wasn’t cooling, water wasn’t passing from the shower area, the entire hotel was reeking of cigarette smell. Also, the hotels.com listing said thatbit has a kitchen and dining option, but only thing available in the hotel was minimal breakfast. Terrible stay!

Hospitality at front desk can be better. Due to a wedding ceremony at hotel, winding up work went on almost whole night. F&B counters were just outside my room and I could not sleep due to noise of men and materials. This spoiled my entire night. Staff was not prompt to help me out. Later, they shifted me to separate room around 2.30am.
