「unfortunately, our stay in the Cabarita apartments was quite average. We were given mixed instructions to check-in and wasted an hour when we arrived trying to work out how to check-in. The property manager was difficult to contact. The locks and keys to the apartment were old and difficult to open. The apartment and property were quite old and tired. 「The property was great. With the exception of two parking spots, it had everything we needed, but we managed and hoped not to get a parking ticket. A perfect location and walking distance to all that we needed. It would probably be too expensive for us otherwise, but we stayed here for a special occasion weekend. 「In the bathroom a large part of the frosting on the window was missing so people from the walkway outside could see directly into the entire bathroom. We had to wedge a towel up into the window to cover it so we could use the bathroom. Also there was water damage on the roof in the shower with a hole and black mould. 「We spent a few days relaxing at Cotton beach and enjoyed it so much. It unit is well appointed and the complex is wonderful. The gardens and pool area is so relaxing and the facilities at the complex are a real bonus. the area is quiet, so close to the beach with walking tracks and shopping facilities very close by. Just perfect」
