This unit is set in a fantastic location and is a short stroll from Byron city centre and across from the Byron Bay markets. A wonderful choice for a well needed weekend away or if you want to be right in the middle of the Byron Bay action with coffee shops, restaurants and beaches just minutes away.

The unit is spacious, with a natural flow between the living space to the large outdoor area

The large outdoor area with BBQ is designed for entertaining or relaxing and perfect for enjoying the breezes, while also enjoying sunsets with a cool glass of wine (or beer...or whiskey)

BYRON SHIRE NOISE RESTRICTIONS

Our property has a firm no party policy with no additional guests allowed to visit the house at any time. Sound travels to the neighbours easily and as such, noise levels are to be respectful at all times of the day and no loud music or outdoor entertaining whatsoever after 10pm.

Receiving a noise complaint will result in a bond deduction if Quiet Hotline Security are called to the house and they deem the noise levels from the street disruptive to the neighbourhood. These fines from the local Quiet Hotline Security can occur at any time from 8pm – 8am and are $165 each time plus a $55 processing fee. Multiple noise complaints may result in being asked to vacate immediately with no refund of remaining tariff or bond.

Sorry to be so strict but noise levels are a serious issue in the Byron Shire and keeping our neighbours happy is of paramount importance.

A comfortable and homely apartment with good kitchen and laundry facilities and 2 reasonable sized bedrooms. Particularly lovely shower! Best tho is the easy walk to bus exchange, town and beach.
