We really enjoyed our stay. We had a small problem with our room and we let the front desk know about as we went out for the day and the problem was resolved upon our return. We definitely stay again.

Great location for old city Mulhouse

Great location on the edge of the old city and an easy walk from the main train station. Hotel is in a charming old building. Service was excellent - friendly and helpful, for example storing luggage both coming and leaving. We did not try their restaurant.

Very nice hotel close to the railway station in one direction and close to old town in next direction. We had a small room. We had everything we needed, comfortable bed and also a nespresso coffee machine. Nice breakfast. We would recommend this hotel.

Great stay, contemporary rooms, a little costly

It was a lovely hotel in a brilliant location and the staff were absolutely fantastic. The first room was comfortable and a very good size. My second Max room (same grade as first room) was tiny shoe box, but equally priced to the much bigger room. The nightly fee I didn't realise was double the average hotels on this app, I booked without researching prices. So you can find very good for almost half the price. That being said, I was happy there. I extended 1 more night and would visit again if could ensure a fair price and good size room.

Staff was friendly and room was fine. Rating reflects I was charged a higher amount than what Expedia quoted. They said I had been upgraded to a larger room which I did not request. Would have been a 5 star rating without this issue.

Super beliggenhed i gåafstand af bycenter. Noget hård madras i sengen. Vi havde bestilt til 2, men boede 2 personer på et 6 mands familie værelse, ok, men alligevel lidt underligt. Venlig betjening, der talte fint engelsk.

Tolles Hotel in der Nähe des Bahnhofs. Wir konnten unsere Fahrräder im Innenhof (gedeckt) oder in der Garage abstellen. Das Hotel bietet nebst einem tollen Frühstück auch ein sehr gutes Nachtessen an.

Parfait

Simplement le meilleur hôtel de Mulhouse. Les chambres sont parfaites, le petit déjeuner comme le dîner délicieux (local, cuisinés, frais, simple, bon), et le personnel adorable. Très bien situé, décoration locale (dont un papier peint Zuber !), à côté de la gare à pied, et facile de se garer.

Tres bon hotel, spacieux avec un service de qualit

Tres bel hôtel situé à 7 minutes à pied de la gare. Le service et l'acceuil est exceptionnel, la receptionniste m'a meme accompagnée jusqu'à la chambre. La formule dîner etait vraiment de tres bonne qualité, avec la possibilité de livrer en chambre. Tres bon petit dejeuner sous forme de buffet. Je reviendrais!
