「This hotel is fantasic. The staff are wonderful and very friendly. The rooms are very up to date and the mountain views are spectacular. The dinner we had was exquisite. The only issue we had is a church bell. That thing goes off all night and it's loud. I'm not too bothered by that stuff, but my wife slept poorly even with earplugs. Parking there is great. It's free and there is plenty of space.」

「立地はCampo di Trens駅からは結構遠い。徒歩20分以上かかる。 スタッフには英語が通じた。部屋はかなり古く、狭かったが清潔感はあった。部屋からの眺めは良かった。バスルームはシャワーブースのみだった。 WIFIは無料で速度は遅めだった。 朝食はイタリア式の甘い物やオーストリア式のハムやチーズ類もあり良かった。」

「The Parkhotel Matrei has some of the most attentive and friendly staff I’ve met. The hotel gave off “home” feelings and not commercial hotel. The convenience of a front parking lot, gas station & grocery nearby was great and the rooms were perfect size for me and my many bags, as well as a space for me to get my work done. I was also given a holiday gift bag because they knew I’d be alone for the holiday. Just a great place, words don’t do them justice. Definitely will be returning some day!」

Besonders gefreut hat uns das Upgrade auf ein großzügiges Split-Studio mit Küchenzeile und Wohnbereich – für unseren 3-tägigen Aufenthalt war das perfekt. Das moderne Design des Hotels ist wunderschön, und sowohl Fitness- als auch Wellnessbereich mit Sauna haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Das gesamte Team war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit, und auch das Frühstück mit frisch zubereiteten Eierspeisen und einer guten Auswahl hat...

We have only positive feedback to give: excellent cleanliness, a very good breakfast, and a central location close to both the center of Chiusa and the train station.
