「Staff were friendly, property was clean, and most importantly food served was delicious and great variety. I took off one star because hot water was available but more like Luke warm, and after running water for 45 mins. One thing to note, not related to property- Bandipur safari is only available by car and only two times a day. First one starts at 630 in the morning. There is a huge price difference when doing safari from Bandipur officials vs when arranged by resort, but experience is...

Das Team der Eigentümerin Shahanaz und sie selbst geben einem sofort das Gefühl, total willkommen zu sein und der Service ist konstant überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend! Der Ort selbst ist wirklich einzigartig: Das Grundstück ist derart weitläufig, dass es einem vorkommt wie ein Urwald im Urwald. Nur dass man sich hier im Unterschied zur absolut geschützten Landschaft nebenan hier tagsüber frei bewegen darf....

「You have to wait 2 hours after ordering food. Room service does no vaccum . Water is brown . Not at all worth for money paid . It has to get 1 star ...not sure how it got 3 . Only good thing is the view you get from room. 」

「My whole experience was absolutely amazing. Rooms were all the time in good condition. Staff was very attentive and courteous. Food was very hygienic , tasty as well as fresh. So much variety in food. They come to your table and make sure you are pleased with food if we need anything. Lots of activity to do in nature. Very informative. Staff was knowledgeable about Rainforest . Its children friendly .I highly recommend this place for families. Hope to visit again. 🙂」

「Experience is, more or less satisfactory, except restaurant. Though breakfast was supposed to be served at 08.00 AM, always it was served after 08.30 causing extreme difficulty to board the 09.15 toy train and 09.15 bus to Kannur (Kerala). Punctuality is VERY POOR.」
