The beds and bedding were some of the best we’ve experienced while traveling and made it easy to get great rest after long days out. The amenities throughout the hotel were excellent and clearly very well maintained. The staff truly stood out as well. Everyone was incredibly professional, attentive, and welcoming, making the entire stay feel seamless and relaxing. The sauna and wellness facilities were also fantastic and a highlight of the stay. Everything was spotless, relaxing, and very well organized. Overall, The Shilla delivered an exceptional experience in every way — from the rooms and beds to the staff, amenities, and facilities. "The hotel was perfect, it was not amenities that we are used to in the United States, but it was perfectly lovely and a great place to stay. They did not have smart TVs and you could not use your room charge at the restaurant, but wonderful location and everything else was wonderful."
