"Breakfast was nice and pool was closed with only 1 elevator working. The room smelled of cigarette badly and was informed by the front desk that the reason was the entire hotel is on one ventilation system which causes the smoke smell to spread through the rooms but not the halls. The bathroom desperately needs updating and patching. "

"This is a case of you get what you pay for. Although the staff was great,the property itself truly needs updating. No exhaust fans in the bathroom has lead to a mold problem as well as what looked like mold on the ceiling of our room. The closest ice machine was out if order as well. The beds slept well. We probably won't stay again, but you live and you learn."

"Rented through Hotels.com. Accidentally requested wrong date, Date was not on any special high demand date. Immediately tried to fix my error. Hotels.com nor Red Roof Inn would allow me to correct the date. Stuck paying for room. Will never use Hotels.com again. Will also look for alternatives to Red Roof Inn."
