「Was informed reception was open until 6. Arrived at 4.45 to find ut had closed at 4. No contact from the hotel about how to access the pre-paid room. Neither of the telephone numbers given, including the emergency number, were answered. No response to my text message or email! Only after getting expedia involved was I able to get access to my room, 40 minutes after I arrived. No apology from the hotel, who have not even reached out about the situation. Awful service!」

「Beautiful heritage property that was clean, comfortable and easy to park at. Great location for city access on foot too.」
