The third issue arose when I used the self-check-in kiosk, which prompted me to request room cleaning. I selected yes, and upon leaving the room, I observed a maid nearby. I asked her to ensure the room was cleaned and the shower soap dispensers refilled. She assured me it was not a problem. She confirmed that the room was scheduled for cleaning. I left the room at 10am, and upon returning at 5 p.m., the room had not been cleaned. When I called to report this issue, the staff member questioned why I did not personally visit the front desk, which was busy and had a long line. It is unreasonable to expect guests to handle such matters in person. My expectation is that housekeeping staff perform their duties diligently and efficiently. "
