「Overall, this was unfortunately not the best rental experience we’ve had. I had to reach out to the host to get the check-in information, including the door code and check-in/check-out times. 「Niyeda was very helpful during our stay. The toilet handle accidentally broke and she ran right out to replace it for us. She also let us charge our E/V overnight each night. Very responsive, and had a lovely and conveniently located home, just like the listing said. Nice, quiet neighborhood, perfect for families with small children to stay. I would recommend Niyeda’s place to anyone looking to stay on the east side of Atlanta.」

「The hallway carpets were filthy, the bed felt like a wooden board covered with very thin padding, and I smelled the odor of marijuana smoke at least half the time I was there (I stayed for 11 days).」
