Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was the best we’ve had at any hotel. Only negative of this stay were people slamming their doors in the morning while we tried to sleep.

Stone Mountain with the generations

70, 65, 52, and 20- ages of those on the trip. Convenient location to climb the mountain. Room was clean and of good value.

We had a pleasant stay at the Holiday Inn in Stone Mountain. The hotel was very clean, and the pool was wonderful — definitely a highlight of our visit. Housekeeping staff were extremely nice and very friendly, which made our stay more enjoyable. Unfortunately, the front desk experience left something to be desired. The lady working there wasn’t exactly rude, but she certainly wasn’t friendly either — not the warm welcome you'd hope for when checking in. Also, the elevator was out of service during our stay, and we had to take the stairs to the second floor. I’m thankful our room wasn’t higher up, as I’m currently in a boot due to broken toes, and that made the climb very uncomfortable. Despite those few issues, I would still recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, great housekeeping staff, and nice amenities.
