It was not as close to downtown Steamboat as we originally thought so you tend to have drive to get to restaurants and shopping; however, it is very quiet and there doesn't seem to be a bad view anywhere in the hotel. "Only stayed one night as a layover between RMNP and Arches/Canyonlands NP. Hotel staff was very kind and informative. Property was well kept and had some very nice amenities (indoor pool, gym, pool table, video games, etc). Room had a full kitchen with supplied dishes and utensils. "I really enjoyed my stay at Sunburst Condos. I had 2 extremely large rooms, one big enough to have 2 king sized beds, the other smaller but with a backyard view. Each bedroom was an on-suite. The kitchen was amazingly stocked and the fridge had an ice maker! I arrived quite late and security had to let me, but that took only 10 minutes. The place was sparkling clean with 3 TVs. It seemed like a lot of thought was put into making sure the guests had what they needed, I mean there was a crockpot...

"Best place to stay in Steamboat! For our group of 14, they had booked all of our activities and transportation for us and helped us with any questions we had. The barn area was also amazing with 2 hot tubs and a heated pool that we used after hitting the slopes every day. The home itself was easily the best part though and definitely exceeded our expectations. It was very spacious and clean, and was equipped with a full home sound system, along with a pool table.
