「I was visiting my son in Seattle and decided to spend a few days on Whidbey Island. The house is beautiful and so comfortable. The location did not disappoint. We saw eagles and seals. Rain or shine, it’s the perfect place.」

「The property's best feature is the amazing view. The area is nice and the house had lots of books, lamps, kitchen supplies and things to make it comfortable. Vacasa is another story. Very difficult in their correspondence and an unusually early check out time of 10 am. When asking for check out at 11 am, I finally heard back and they offered 2 pm for an extra charge! Rip off. Never was connected to the hosts, just Vacasa reps.」

「What a beautiful, thoughtfully constructed cabin! It had all the amenities you could want. Lots of great information about the area. We had thought it would be a little closer to the beach but the walk really wasn’t too bad. The road noise was a bit irritating when you hanging out outside but didn’t affect our sleep. 「Pete's Place is in a beautiful and peaceful location nestled in the woods. We enjoyed the cabin and all it offered. The birds singing and coffee out on the deck was relaxing. It was close to the local lakes for fishing. We enjoyed our stay and didn't want to leave! Can hardly wait for the next opportunity to come back here.」

「Adorable cabin, in a quiet town. Right next to a cute bar and grill with good burgers that you can walk to. The fire pit was really nice and many places around the area sold fire wood. Quick drive to the northern cascades national park and Diablo lake. Would definitely stay here again! 」

「Back deck is beautiful with great view….however all furniture was covered with dust and pollen so we could not sit out and enjoy it. We had a comforter and two folded towels in bathroom covered with dog hair from previous guest. We just washed and used anyway. Despite those two small issues, we had a great time and the house was adorable, well supplied, and dog friendly. We would definitely stay there again!」

「This was an awesome choice and a very calm and relaxing area. It is a large piece of property and our pet had room to go out and run around a bit in the morning. Very clean and cozy room and the only suggestion I have is that a few hangers are put on the hanging rack and something to light the lovely candle that was sitting there. Loved this place and plan on going back in the future. Great host and easy to communicate.」
